Our service, which includes the $180.00, is as follows:

1. On-Call service includes a technician on-site for one hour, then $60.00 per hour after that.
2. As a result of our service, you will incur additional costs for parts and accessories at your own expense.
3. Most parts can take anywhere from 7 to 21 days to arrive.
